A: We offer guidance and orientation before and during our simulator introductory flights.  We will refer you to several flight training schools if you are interested in flight training.

Q: Is any flying experience necessary?

A: No flying experience is needed for our simulator introductory flight.

Q: What type of Flight Simulator?

A: We currently offer Jet Flight Simulators.

Q: How do I purchase the Tickets?

A: Purchase your Flight Tickets by telephone, we send your Flight Tickets by Email.

Q: Can I purchase the Tickets on the website?

A: Our website is not currently configured to sell Tickets.

Q: How long is the simulator introductory flight Ticket valid for?

A: Six months from purchase.

Q: Where are flights available?

A: In Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas.

Q: What is the refund policy?

A: A Pilot For A Day does not refund purchased Tickets.

Q: Can I bring a friend?

A: On some Flights you can bring a guest.

Q: Are there any current security issues?

A: Be a US citizen, US natural and have the approved forms. A U.S. Passport, or Birth Certificate and Driver’s License.

Q: How Do I request reservations?

A: To request your Flight go to Schedule Your Flight page. The flight simulators are subject to availability.

A Pilot For A Day reserves the right to refund purchases and deny service if it is in the best interest of the customer.
